Peter Rabbit is 100 years old!!!!

This year marks the 100^th birthday of Peter and his siblings, Flopsy, Mopsy and Cottontail.  The story of Peter was first published in October 1902 by Beatrix Potter.  Although Potter wrote numerous other animal orientated tales; among them The Tale of Two Bad Mice and Jemina Puddleduck; Peter remains her most famous creation.  To date, The Tale of Peter Rabbit has been published in 35 languages with 250 printings.
