Most online Congressional information is provided by the Library of Congress at Thomas.

Thomas provides many useful resources, including

  • bills and resolutions, full-text from the late 1980s to present, summaries from early 1970s to present, searchable by keyword or bill number
     
  • committee reports, full-text from the mid-1990s to present, searchable by keyword, report number, bill number, committee, or date
