Tracking Down Government Documents: Legal Citations, Patents, Trademarks

Occasionally in your research you'll come across a legal citation, such as

  • 93 S. Ct. 705
  • 50 USCS § 401a
  • 47 CFR 73.4170 US Patent and Trademark Office seal

To track down these citations, go to the Library's Law Databases.

Patent and trademark information can also be found in the Law Databases, as well as directly from the US Patent and Trademark Office.
