And the Author Is...: Scholarly Articles

The author information is very important in a scholarly article. The author(s) are always listed in scholarly articles. Their credentials, academic and/or professional are listed. The authors are considered experts in their disciplines; they are usually professors, researchers or practitioners. Often, the article will have a contact (e-mail) to communicate with the author.
