Types of Articles: Scholarly Scholarly articles present information on original research, experiments or a scholarly evaluation of a topic. The sole purpose of scholarly articles is to disseminate information to other scholars and researchers. New ideas, new research, new experiment results, reviews and evaluations of research; all of these are examples of scholarly articles. Scholarly articles are found in "journals" rather than magazines. ![]() Cunningham Memorial Library, 650 Sycamore St., Terre Haute, IN 47809 812.237.2580 September 19th, 2003 Maintained by: Tutorial Task Force Copyright © 2003 Indiana State University Comments and Feedback |
